Your privacy is important to us.  We will not sell your data.  We will not share your data except as is necessary to process your donation or purchase of an event ticket or as listed below.

How We Collect Information About You

WomenattheWell-SD.org may collect certain personal information from you when you register to use the Website or its services and features, such as any e-mail newsletter or membership to the free bible study, including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, and location. We may also collect additional personal information, including your physical address, in order to deliver products. We may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information from users of our site, such as their internet protocol address, the type of browser and operating system they use, the domain name of your internet service provider, and the web pages, content and advertisements you may have visited, viewed or clicked on. How We May Use Your Information

If you make a donation, purchase an event ticket or sign up for email updates, we will collect Personal Information from you that may include: your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address so that we can send you a receipt and/or thank you for your donation. We may also collect limited financial information to process your donations.  We may send you an email occasionally with updates to our organization or events schedule or during fundraising efforts.  If you sign up  to participate in our weekly bible study you will receive email updates weekly.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Contact Preferences and Restrictions.  We respect your privacy and recognize that you may wish to limit the ways in which we contact you and/or share your Personal Information, including for fundraising purposes. On many of our email communications, you may manage what type of communications you want to receive from WomenattheWell-SD.org, or you may opt-out from receiving certain email communications. However, we will continue to send transaction-related emails regarding our relationship and the services you have requested.

Registrations and Subscriptions. If you register for a WomenattheWell-SD.org event or sign up for a newsletter or similar subscription, you will receive communications related to that service, regardless of your prior preferences or restrictions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Since we will continue to implement new technologies and improve our services and features, this Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time, without notice. Changes will be posted here or in other formats that we deem acceptable and all changes will be effective immediately upon posting. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of WomenattheWell-SD.org website after the effective date of any modification to the Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
