Who We Are
Diane Lowery
Chief Executive Officer/President
Diane Lowery
Chief Executive Officer/President
Diane Lowery asked Jesus into her heart at the tender age of five. At the age of twelve she gave her life to Him, and at thirty-three, she took it back. Praise God, He says, “If we are faithless, he remains faithful–for He cannot deny himself,” 2 Timothy 2:13. This promise proved to be true when finally, at the age of fifty-three, she surrendered her all to Him, no turning back.
Co-founding a women’s ministry, Rock Steady Sisters in 2008, she made the commitment to study through the entire Bible and share with other women the things she learned. This dedication has given her tremendous enlightenment as to how to apply the whole of God’s Word to the situations in everyday life.
Diane is an artist, author, Bible teacher, licensed minister of the gospel, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and grandmother, living in San Diego, California. Her greatest fun in life is in the creation of things. But her greatest joy is living a Christ centered life because she knows the cost of not. Therein lies her passion.

Vice President/Secretary
Debi Baczynski
Vice President/Secretary
Debi Baczynski is Vice President/Secretary/Jack of All Trades for Women at the Well. Debi was raised in a Christian home and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the age of seven. She attended Christian schools until college but her life failed to even remotely exemplify the Spirit-filled life. She was saved but was not experiencing the joys of the abundant life, which led her to make many questionable (bad) decisions.
As one of the founders of Rock Steady Sisters, the Bible study led by Diane Lowery, she finally understood what it means to “let go and let God” and for the first time in her life, she read through the Bible and has continued doing so on a regular basis. She and Diane have worked together for fourteen years and she is excited to watch other women grow in their love of Jesus Christ.
Debi is married to Stan, is a stepmother to two daughters, and a grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. She attends Lake Murray Community Church and is active in serving there with the Women’s Ministry Team and in the nursery. Debi retired from working in the field of Human Resources in 2012. Her skills, abilities, and organizational background work well within the ministries that God has called her. She graduated cum laude from National University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, emphasis in Personnel Management.
To God be the glory.

Kelli Williamson
CFO & Treasurer
Unlike most of the women involved in Women at the Well, Kelli did not grow up in a religious home and still considers herself a novice. She attended church on occasion when she was a child. Her husband grew up as a Catholic, and for a while their children went to Catholic School. She attended the RCIA program and became Catholic in the early 1990’s. That did not really seem like home to her, so she eventually started to attend a Christian Church. In 2009, after having some personal difficulties, and with the encouragement of her long-time friend, Debi Baczynski, she began attending Rock Steady Sisters Bible Study (now Women at the Well.) Although it was not always that way, today Kelli has grown to realize the importance of keeping God at the center of her life. Recently retired and with newfound time, one of her goals is to focus on her personal relationship with the Lord and serving Him in this ministry.
Kelli is married to Brian and they have three grown children and four grandchildren. She worked in the field of Human Resources for over 30 years graduating from National University with a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources Management, and Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. She also has HR/Risk certifications. This background provides her with skills and abilities that are transferable to serve effectively in this ministry and she looks forward to her future working with this team.

Advisory Committee
Laura was born and raised in a loving Christian family. As the daughter of a devoted pastor, husband, and father, she was introduced to Jesus at a very early age. Even so, her faith did not become seriously personal until she began to attend church regularly and commit to two weekly Bible studies under the teaching of her dad.
The significant progress of her spiritual maturity, however, was experienced through two separate and unexpected tragedies: one which almost took the life of her husband, and the other (breast cancer) which could have taken her own life. Through what should have been nightmares, a true peace filled her that can only come from a personal relationship that relies fully on the character of Christ. Day by day her faith was strengthened and in the end, left her with a determination to live out loud for Jesus. Fully recovered, she spends her time on her family’s forty acres in rural Missouri enjoying life with her precious parents, husband, three grown children, and four grandchildren.
Laura is committed to working with Women at the Well to help others see that Jesus is the answer to every person’s need at any given stage of their lives.

Growing up in East Texas, Wendy was exposed to the love of God through her family. Unforgettable Christmas and Easter celebrations at her grandparent’s house in Louisiana put a sharp focus on the undeserving salvation offered by Christ when He bore the sins of the world for all mankind.
At the age of 10, Wendy accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. In her innocence, Wendy believed she would no longer be swayed by sin. Instead, when her parents divorced two years later, the trials began. Anger, disappointment, and rebellion stewed in her adolescent heart and led her down a path of vice and promiscuity. Naively relying on her mother’s prayers and faith, Wendy never took ownership of her relationship with the Lord until a tragic accident in 2019 forced her hand. God called her mother home. Bereft and untethered, Wendy turned to the only One who could offer comfort and found Him waiting for her return.
Wendy is now committed to her spiritual growth, finally realizing that only through daily prayer, studying God’s Word and applying it to every circumstance will she ever fulfill the role for which God designed her. As a dedicated member of Rock Steady Sisters, editor of Diane Lowery’s Views from the Balcony book series, and now eagerly serving Women at the Well, Wendy is grateful to put the past behind her and embrace the future God had in mind. Her greatest desire is to help other women see that the Lord waits.
Happily remarried to her ex-husband, Guy, Wendy is a living example of God’s infinite grace and mercy.

Mary comes to us from Arkansas where she was born and raised in a Christian family. Like many from the South, she became a Christian at a young age. After leaving Arkansas, not only was her church attendance sporadic, but she began to question whether or not she was truly a Christian. In 2009, she rededicated her life to the Lord during a service at The Rock Church. However, it wasn’t until she met Diane Lowery, who invited her to attend a ladies Bible Study, that things began to truly shift and her walk with God took on a whole new meaning. She began learning the Bible one verse at a time from someone who was dedicated to “feeding this flock of women” week after week.
She was all in, but it took being courageous enough to say “yes” to attending their annual retreat, only two weeks after she first walked through the doors of The Cottage for the first time. They had one spot left and she thought, “Why not; I need this!” God was working in her life and still does. It wasn’t long before Mary was part of the “Executive Team” of Rock Steady Sisters.
Mary is divorced and continues to work at a job she loves where she is Head of HR (along with wearing many other hats). Mary received her Associate’s Degree from Arkansas State, her HR Management Certification, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix. She currently attends The Church at Rancho Bernardo.
